Message: i have the Powertrax traction system and am impressed with it now that its working properly, i think it was the crappy oil i was using
anyway, Graphites brother in law (rammer) from what graph described has the lock rite. Which ratchets and clunks alot. you pay more for the traction system but its much more streetable than the lock rite
oh yeah, i can do one heII of a burnout. leave donuts all day long,
however my tires life has been SEVERELY shortened

Message: I also have the Powertrax No-Slip traction system the inctall is a breeze compared to other locker or limited slip installs. You don't have to remove the differential carrier at all you just remove the spider gears and install the No-Slip into the stock diff carrier. Mine also came with a hardened cross pin to handle the extra stress of a locker. Pretty nice setup if you ask me, I've got 25,000 trouble free HARD, HARD miles on mine.
I had the simpler and cheaper Lock-Rite locker from Powertrax in an older 4x4 Dak and again it worked flawlessly. The only thing i didn't care for that much was the added noise, but it was by no means loud at any time.
