I'm almost to 67k miles on my 02 Dak and I need some advise on what all I should to get some power back. Like real good spark plugs(pretty sure I still have the OEM ones in it).

I run Bosch 4418 +4 Platinum in my '01 4.7. Smoother idle is the first thing you'll notice. Clean the throttle body, replace the PCV valve, and run some injector cleaner in the fuel tank, like STP concentrated in the black bottle. A clean TB is huge in ongoing 4.7 performance.

pretty sure you can use the autolite 3923's, get some aftermaket sparkplug wires(a good set, not OEM replacements), get a brass cap and rotor(from NAPA or Autozone), while your at it flush the transmission, and the coolant also.

There are no spark pulg wires on the 4.7l engine,
and a set of OEM stock Champion plugs will do just fine.

no cap & rotor either,
individual coil packs mounted
on top of each spark plug,
only 2 small low volatge wires/connector
that gets the signal when to fire from the computer.

welcome to the future!

Thanks. I wasn't sure if it would be worth spending the money on NGK plugs. I usually put a bottle of Lucas injector cleaner in every few months, it works better than the STP.
