Why would a site sponsor stay around when this is what is posted in forums? I guess that is why google ads now support the site, vs. site sponsors. I believe all (or most) of the site sponsors (advertisers) have now left the site --- except for the pay-per-click google ads.
However, google ads do not offer answers to questions, buyer discounts, group buys, advice or any other helpful information. Isn't that the reason for a fourm? To share knowledge and become a better informed truck owner?
Do you guys want to be part of a professional site that your girlfriend, wife, kids, friends or fellow employees could visit? Or do you want to be part of a site that you have to hide from them because of the bad actions of a few and because the language is straight from the gutter?
On the internet (as with everything else) people have choices. If this type of action continues, everyone will leave the site and all that will be left is a bunch of people (morons) bashing each other and posting nonsense.

Mikey, I use Mobil1 in the engine, Mopar ATF-4 in the tranny and Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-90 with Slip-Lock Diff additive in the rear, best of all worlds and it works for me! Good luck

I LEARNED THE TRUTH ABOUT API
All vehicle manufacturers in the U.S. have agreed that a warranty cannot be denied because a customer was using any particular brand of oil that meets specifications, unless an engine failure was directly attributable to the fluid. If it is not a fluid related failure, they cannot void the warranty. The law supports this position.
Plus, the dealer/manufacturer has no way of telling what fluid you are using. How do I know? I am a former aircraft technician. I too was sceptical in the beginning. But now I am a believer.
Amsoil meets and exceeds API specs.
