hey i just bought a 2000 durango rt 4x4 i love it but i was just wondering if anybody has had any problems with there motor or tranny or just anything in general to be on the look out for....also any performance upgrades that are usefull and not a waste of time and money let me know thanks

I'm a dodge guy but they do have their faults.I would mainly look out for the intake belly pan gasket leaking.The truck will start to use oil,and spark knock.
And the transmission/torque converter.
Performance wise I would look into a Cold air intake.I think K&N has the best.The FIPK.
a cat back exhaust,and maby a power programmer from hypertech or superchips.Magnaflow has a sweet sounding exhaust.
