 Subject: Group Buy (Mopar Headers)

I am trying to get a group buy going for Mopar Headers, these header are made by Mike Leach, for Mopar Performance also referred to as PPH or Positive Performance Headers, these are one of the best headers if not the best Headers for our Trucks (318 & 360ci Magnums). When Daimler bought Chrysler they cancelled the contract with Mike to manufacturer these Headers so they are not keep in stock. They will only make a manufacturing run when they have a minimum of 15 orders. They come with Y-pipe, a 1 5/8” primary, with all necessary hardware and instructions, and they are ceramic coated. Cost is $699.00 plus shipping. I know they are not cheap but what I’ve read of HP gains and quality, I believe they are well worth it. Not to be a jerk, but the HP/Cost efficiency is way off here. Regular aftermarket headers are $250, so $400+ more for a maximum of 5-10hp (if that) does not seem very cost effective. You could buy a nitrous kit for $660, or a new cam; or even get close to having your motor stroked.

I thought mopar 318 headers were made by thoreley?
but i think they are the best becasue they are the only 1 5/8 primaries and 14 guage steel tubing headers out there i was planning on buying a set but when i had the money i couldn't find them. I heard they were going out of production. I wish I had the funds but thats why i think they are the best.

it is worth it to get these headers. i had gibsons before i bought these and these are def much much better. they come with 2.5" collectors instead of 2" like gibson or jba. they also come with a new y-pipe which can also be altered to run to an x-pipe for true duals. i def picked up some good power on these headers and they look really nice in there too. if u plan on lots of mods for ur truck dont settle for anything less than these headers.
