Message: Moisture in any one of a dozen electrical connections can cause this.
Find all the connections under the hood you can get to: ignition, computer, sensors, etc. Pull them out, clean with electrical contact cleaner, and reassemble with the proper grease. Don't forget to do the same for the battery.

Message: Did you buy good quality silicon wires with sealed silicon boots at both ends? No starts in damp weather with good starts on as warm engine indicates leaking wires. Just for giggles, in TOTAL DARKNESS look close at your wires as someone turns the engine over. Must be a cold engine on a damp night. You never know
So many problems .... So little time

Message: Here's an "old school" fix for minor water/electrical problems: a can of hair spray. The solvents will dry the moisture quickly, and the sticky hair spray will make a minor seal.
