ok im lookin to upgrade from my V6 to a V8 but are there any V8 matched up to a manual trannny cause i cant find any. also are there any 318's in a RC short box with a manual tranny? what all was 4x4 with a v8 manual tranny

This is just a guess but the V8's probably had the NV3500. I know the 4.7 was matched up with it so is my V6, so I'm guessing they had the 318's up to it too. Guess it depends on what years your lookin for too.

There are some out there - it's just that the v8/auto combo was much more common.

if you're looking for another truck try www.autotrader.com. i did a simple search for '00-'04 dakotas w/ v8, manual trans and 4x4. came up with 6 pages, 25 trucks per page.
they are out there. for some reason though people look at you strange when you're looking for a manual trans vehicle. when i was looking for mine several sales people tried to steer me to an auto truck. no thanks.
