Message: -I put a 40 Series Delta Flow on my 94 V8, single in Dual out. There is no cat on the truck so it is pretty loud. I have had many compliments on the tone. Good Luck!

Message: He is most likely using the Flowmaster 40 series Delta Flow
The original 2 chamber is really loud. The Delta Flow has different chambers and intended to not resonate the inside of your cab as bad. But still fairly loud OUT the tailpipe and still has the unique Flowmaster tone.
I like the sound. I think they are the only muffler that has that exact sound. Many other high end mufflers just sound like Glass Packs. And you can buy a Cherry Bomb galss pack for $20 :p

Message: I totally agree with GraphiteDak.
I to own the FM Delta Flow 40 SI/DO Muffler.
I was able to get my FM for like $52 thru Delray Beach Muffler House in Delray Beach Florida. You can find em by doing a google search, You'll have to call them, they dont have a website but as far as price goes they are By Far the Cheapest place i've found for that muffler.
Since i live in the state of Florida i was also able to get Free UPS Shipping Ground but it was here the next day anyway which was sweet.
For those that don't already have a FM Muffler, This would be the best place to purchase yours from, A custom install of it should run you about $100 to $140. With my Tips that i have on my Dakota it was a little more than that, The tips are where my exhaust shop made it's money at with me but i like the workmanship of that Garage.
Here's a link to my Cardomain site: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/813977
There's like 9 pages of pictures to look thru, I believe something like 150 pictures or so.

Message: Im upgrading soon from a Ravin Muffler(loudest 1 they had) to a Flowmaster Original 40 probably within the next yr or soo and was wondering if spintech or magnaflow would be louder? Im only replacing the muffler and keeping the single out stock pipe, I have a 2000 dak 4.7 and would greatly appreciate any recommendations. The ravin was great when I got it but Its all rusty and cracking apart on me. I would like one that has a nice drone on the Highway if Possible. The ravin was super quiet. Thanks
