were the hell can i get a throttle cable!??!!?! i noticed it was sittin on the header nad is starting to fray. and when i floor it im gettin half what i use to about 3 days ago. so im thinkin the cable is streachin. but i cant find ANYWERE on the internet. im sure i can go to the dealer but i never have time to.

Dealer or junkyard is your only choice. No one else sells them. Depending on the year of your truck the dealer may not have any. Some of the earlier years have been discontinued.

yeah yeah aight i got it. im ganna try and go monday when there still open and get one. ill prolly end up spendin about 300 bucks there anyway. i need a new front bumper cuz the previouse owner line x it like an aqua color and i need an a/c knob for my dads ram.

WOW check it out. the other day i was rippin it w/ about 15 ricers and icould tell my throttle cable was streachin alot. i would floor it nad almost nothin would happen. so i pull into the gasstation and had som1 give me a shoe lase. tied up the cable real nice nad it worked pretty good.
now since day one ive had the problem of it shiftin at 3500 rpm. i thought it was the kickdown cable. when i replaced the "shoe lase" with a zip tie and tied off the throttle to get a little tighter and went to drive it. the thing F**in RIPS that thing will wind out to 5500 and will cherp the tires when ever i want. its WAY faster now. i guess in the month ive had it i have never actually floored it. and now that i cant its SWEET. its alot faster than what i thought it was.
