Message: I would go with Autolite plugs, I have the 4.7 liter engine and they were not hard to change. Also change the air filter and PCV valve, which is on the side of the oil filler tube. Fuel filter forget, located in the fuel tank. Keep the tires properly inflated.
I use Mobil-1 full synthetic in my truck.
Good luck!

Message: Remember, the computer keeps it running fine, ergo, there is little to do other than change out ignition parts, check for looseness and change all the lubrication.
If you go to Steve Roark's "Free" threads you can learn to save money on Amsoil products.
Amsoil ATF is much better than Dodge and will go 3 times the factory recommended time and mileage. If you used Amsoil and the Ea oil filter you could go 25,000 miles between changing oil and filter.
Does it really work? I've only gone 500,000 miles on the same engine and transmission doing what I just told you. Maybe it works, I don't know yet.
