Subject: Possible tranny problems IP: Logged
Message: First Timer, but a long reader. I first notice this problem about a year ago, but it's starting to get worst. Here's the scoop, When accelerating up hill or just fast from a stop position the tranny seems to shift into 2nd but quickly shift back to 1st then back into 2nd. I've been told a few different things. But before I spend thousands replacing my tranny I just wanted to know if anyone has had or heard of this problem because it doesn't seem to be to common since i never get a straight answer from any one I talk to. Any help or adivse would be very much appreciated.

Message: Mine does it between 2nd and 3rd when accelerating up an on-ramp to the highway. It's done it since new. I just replaced my tranny at 122,000 km. Haven't noticed if this one does the same yet.
