im not much of a mechanic but trying i want to boost more horse power out of my 1999 dakota 3.9 4x4 sport where should i start and where should i get my parts at i live in henderson ky thanks

Cold air intake
V8 throttle body (or modified V6 tb)
Exhaust
1.7 roller rockers
180*F thermostat
Autolite 3923 sparkplugs
Remove clutch fan
TPS mod to approx .75v
Timing Advance Mod (Crankshaft position sensor)
Switch to synthetics
