Well most put there voltage at around .75 volts

i put mine at .8 and liked how it worked over .75

also i didnt drill out the brass things on the sensor i took and grinded the bolts a little thinner so it would allow movement then if i made a mistake the bolts are 50 cents from a hardware store to replace

and to see voltage i clamped my multimeter to the - terminal on the battery and probed the middle wire on the tps with key in on position but with engine off
Then i moved the sensor around until i got the voltage i wanted then i tightened it down then checked it one last time to see if its still the voltage i wanted

as for other mods if u dont think u will ping u can advance timing by the crank position sensor

U can also take a dremel and cut the torque step out of the TB

u can set fuel sync just slightly on the + side but its risky if u get it wrong u could say bye bye to ur belly pan gasket

u can take intake manifold off and grind on it for $60 worth of seals and a nice power gain

u can also remove mech fan and free up some used hp but id only try it if u already have a 180 stat since the stock one sticks sometimes

If u have ac get a belt to cut it out of the loop
also to free up used hp

Another cheap mod is an underdrive pulley $60 i didnt feel much of gain but noticed it reved more quickly and it only made a noticable diff when i have AC on but u shouldnt be racing with AC on anyways and if i had a choice to do it again i would!
