I believe the stock coil output is about 25 to 30 thousand volts. The MSD SS Blaster is what Larry from J and J Auto recommends, it's output is around 40,000 volts, Thats with a MSD 6A driving the coil instead of the stock ignition.

FSM shows two stock coils:
Toyodenso:
Primary circuit - 0.95 to 1.20 ohms
Secondary circuit - 11,300-13,300 ohms
Diamond:
Primary circuit - 0.96 to 1.18 ohms
Secondary circuit - 11,300-15,300 ohms
MSD stock-type coil:
Primary circuit - 1.2 ohms
Secondary circuit - 13,700 ohms
Max secondary voltage: 35,000 volts
Turns ratio: 70:1
MSD SS Blaster coil:
Primary circuit - 0.355 ohms
Secondary circuit - 6,200 ohms
Max secondary voltage: 48,000 volts
Turns ratio: 70:1
