my rad drain plug is on the ( me facing windshield) bottom right hand side of the radiator.

When I say bottom, I do not mean underneath the radiator, It's maybe an inch up from the underneath of the radiator, and has a plastic tab thingy to unscrew. Hope this helps

minimal spillage when replacing the thermostat... i wouldnt bother draining it unless you like buying new coolant.

Mark- You contribute nothing to this forum, ever. I have made it my job to inform you I read alot of your posts-enough to recognize you command a very limited knowledge of automotive skills and experience. On a personal note: have a doctor take a look at that cock, that's what I'd do.

Post when you know, not when you wan't to show off.

First off...I will agree with another mark. The cock petter...errr...petcock on my 98 will not open. Tried it a while back. Spins and nothing ever comes out.

And as for who contributes information...last I checked, most of our "anonymous posters" contribute very little, if anything. He's posted quite a bit...even if it's not what you wanted to hear. But that's just tough sh!t...you don't always get what you want.
