 Subject: electric problems

VERY WEIRD!!! When my key is NOT in the ignition both my headlights and back lights are flickering along with my interior lights on and off and when i open the door the door sounds go on and off. My control panel also intermittently works. Has anyone else had this problem? I drive a 2001 dodge dakota 3.9 V6. I'm at 59,000 miles.
