 Subject: Engine exhaust leak

1998 v-6. I have an exhaust leak just above the first spark plug on the right side. I figure it is the manifold gasket or the manifold is cracked. How big a problem is it to get fixed? Will it hurt the engine to keep driving it like it is?

i have the same year and the same leak.
im scared to mess with it the bolts are rusted bad,dont want to break them off.
