92 to 95 obd1 .7 to 1 volt
96 and up obd2 .88 max
look here it will tell you how to do it
center wire and ground its located on drivers side
of throttle body 2 #20 or 25 torx
http://www.speedtweaks.ca/tipsandtricks.php
after you remove the bushings turn all the way
counter clockwise and do not over tighten or it
may hang up and not return to low volts
Also if it idles high just turn off restart about
3 times and it will pick up the new reading and
settle down

Message: I just did mine last weekend. I have a new one and the one that came in the truck. I tested both and they were at .5 and .45 . I did the mod on the old just in case I broke it. After I hooked it up the best I could get was .65-.67. It did make a big difference in the responce. I have a analog meter and did not want too push it too much, as I am not sure how true the thing is.

Message: Demon, are you sure that you pushed the red positive probe through the connector on the orange center wire, then the black negative probe on ground (intake manifold). .27 volts? man that is low. What does it read when you fully open the throttle with your hand? My manual says something like 2.45 volts or something. Relf.
