i raced my friends 94 3.9L Dakota extended cap, on a 30 puch he down shifted to 1st, while i was in second....he pulled on my for a "second" then my power band kicked in and, well the "subject says it all"

No jeremy...if you "remember" right your didnt pull on me until about 60....but all in all it was a hell of a race.....at least I lost to another dodge. And ill tell you that after 70 he pulled on me like a raped ape.....GEEEZ!

I can't wait to challenge a 3.7 I did beet a 3.7 Liberty, but I want to challenge the Dakota 3.7 I think I have enough mods to keep it behind me. My top end is amazing. Anyone else race a 3.9 against a 3.7?

Yeah we raced....with his truck only having 500 miles it may have more to break in but i will tell you none of you will keep up in the high end with a 3.7 at least a 5 speed....I am doubting would keep up in a 5.2 in the high end...no joke.
Were buddys and he always wanted a mopar truck. Well he got one and that thing is quick....ill tell you JFH if you do come across one you better be heavily modded cause you prolly wont keep up in the high end. Trust me As much as I brag about me beating an s10 4.3, this 3.7 kills.
Soon I suppose he will be puttinga few mods and then it will be a LIL quicker.

Mikes94, did you read my mod list on my car domain site? I think I could take a 3.7, I beat a 4.7, but that was a 4x4 Quad cab. Anyone know the quater mile times for the 3.7?
