Subject: Fuel rail leak IP: Logged
Message: I installed my ported, polished and gasket matched intake manifold today but when I took the fuel rail off the injector for #1 cyl. stayed in the manifold. I reinstalled it on the rail with the clip but now it leaks badly. Did I lose an O ring or just did not get it all the way back in the rail.

Message: It turned out to be a split O ring on the top of the #2 injector I had so much sweat in my eyes I could not see it when I was assembleing the fuel rail.
