Has anyone installed the new Bosch/FMS 22.5lb/hr Design III LSI Fuel injectors in there Gen III 3.9L Dakota?
I saw these new design III LSI Fuel Injectors (Bosch p/n 0280155890)listed and decided to do some research on them. I read a few real early post on here that some people removed there Design III and replaced them with the Design II injectors but I am not sure if they are the same type that I am talking about. I currently have the stock 19lb FI's with the one hole and would like to go with the 4 hole ones for better fuel atomization and hopefully increase hp and milage.
I would appreciate any information on these injectors and how much of a difference they made.

The design III fuel injector is the replacement/upgrade over the generation II injector. I am not sure why someone would remove them and replace with an older style injector, though you will get good performance from either one. The design II also have the 4 spray pattern. But we have been receiving very positive feedback on the design III's. We have sold hundreds of them for many different applications and we have never had a complaint. They will provide more efficient fuel atomization.
