 Subject: Roller Rockers

I did a search on roller rockers, and found that 1.7 would be the best ratio to go with. I did a search on ebay, and there are a bunch of different roller rockers...does it matter what kind? or do they have to be specifically for the dodge dakota? And really, what do they do? Anybody that could give me some info, would be greatly appreciated.

They must be for the motor that you have in your vehicle... Not necessarily for the dodge dakota but rather for the motor you have... IF it's stock then yes for the dodge dakota with the motor choice you have such as 3.9, 5.2, 5.9, 4.7, and 3.7 "which has overhead cam like 4.7 instead of the rockers"... I beleive that the 3.9, 5.2, 5.9, and even the viper V-10 all take the same rocker profiles... I recommend you talk to Sam over at socaldakota.com to get all the real info on everything or do a little more background research on the subject and you should find everything you could ever possibly ask on the subject...
