seeing as the v8 swap is goin to cost a ton more then i expected, im greatly considerin a blower :) i have a good amount of green saved up and i should b purchesing one at the end of the month. im looking at the powerdyne ones. thinkin of running 9 psi and a 50 shot. i should b good for mid 13's off my slicks

I got a stock 2001 V6 now, how many more HP will the supercharger give me on average? Will I be quicker than a 5.2 or a 5.9, or am I dreaming?

i have decided to not get a blower, seeing as 10lbs of boost for 3,500$ and i would b slower then my truck on a 100 shot. i have decided to have my heads ported, camming it, and putting on a better exhuast. see what kinda numbers i can produce. before u put the blower on u would have to look for other mods to make t really come alive. 3 inch exhaust, headers, a bigger throttle body and depending on the supercharger u would need timin retards and some ignition work? i dont think you would be as quick as a 5.2 but i duno dont take my word for it.
