Hey Tek, I recently bought a 50mm stock TB and I machined the torque step away, removed horns, radiused top, and polished it. My Dakota 4X4 is generally stock and it cannot handle it. I gained about 25 miles per tank, but cannot climb hills well. I'll sell it to you if you're interested. It may work well with the 1.7 rockers that you plan to get- I think? Right, guys? Help me out. Relf.

Sorry man, I already purchased one off ebay early last night. I got a really good deal for it and couldn't pass it up. Besides Throttle Body and rockers, what other simple mods could I do to increase my hp?

The V8 body will work fine just bolt on as is do
not remove the torque step it will severly effect
the low end performance and you will have a big
low end loss.

Sell the mod body on the V8 board, if you would
have bolted on as is it would have been fine, low
end would remain the same with mid and top end
gains

And yes average gains are 15 to 18 at the wheels

Hey Chaz, do you have access to a machine shop? If you do, I can tell you how I did mine. If not, I can mill yours for $40. and send it back to you so you can polish it. Let me know. ronburrjr@starband.net. a.k.a. Relf.
