There was a movie made years ago (I think in B&W) that had that title (the name of the girl was Lolita). She had a 'relationship' with an older man (they would pose at hotels as father/daughter). It was very controversial at the time (mild by some of today's 'standards'). The movie was based on an even older book of the same name and subject (maybe French?).
