It should run the truck systems, etc, but you'll probably get a "check engine" light because it will be looking for the auto tranny.

The mopar V6 performance ECU will work on either
auto or stick so there should be no problem.
Besides that the 94 would have a RH hydrolic gov
controll the RE has electronic presure control
If the comp recieves no feed back it will egnore
the trans signal and not trip any codes
