Message: IAC solenoid.
it's at the back of the throttle body. It would be best just to clean the whole throttle body.

Message: Remove throttle body, clean with carb cleaner, I wouldn't spray the sensors with it though, spray the IAC plunger and carefully wipe it clean without twisting or pushing on it. Reinstall the throttle body (use a new gasket...less than 2 bucks). Make sure it's dried off before you reinstall it...those fumes prolly aren't too great on the belly pan gasket.

Message: yep josh and greg are right...
step by step instructions available here;
http://www.speedtweaks.ca/tipsandtricks.php
the carb cleaner, would be bad news. for the already fragile intake plenum pan (belly pan) gasket...
the manifold is aluminum, and the pan is steel. they expand and contract at diffirent rates, thus creating a sawing effect on the gsaket.
even a tiny leak in the gasket, will cause oil comsumption and/or spark knock. All because of oil being sucked from the lifter valley, and burned... way to go dodge!!
hope i helped...
