2001 dakota 3.9. Did these get the timing chain tensioner that some of the late model ones came OE with? The truck has close to 100k and I finally bought it from my dad. I'd just like to know if I should be thinking about replacing the chain. Thanks

they never came from the factory that way only as a replacement part to "fix" what they done wrong.
