 Subject: Magnum Heads

I am thinking of putting magnum heads on my 89 dak 3.9. I heard its pretty tough to do. My concern is that I wanna start doing a few other mods first. I wanna put an intake on it first and probably new spark plugs and wires and things like that. If I got these parts now, should all these parts fit with the magnum heads?(mainly the intake)
What do you guys think would be the best mod to start with? I own a 5-speed and it seems to be really slugish picking up speed.

Well if I had the time I would have looked around. And obviously I`m a moron or I probably wouldn`t have posted anything. If I was a rocket scientist, maybe things would be different.
