Stock seems to be random between 42 and 46 mm. From the info I gathered here, it sounds like the 50 mm stock V8 TB is your best value, they are all over Ebay. For considerably more money there are numerous professionally ported and polished V6 TB that are 48 mm to 50 mm.

Yeah, bottom diameter... I think they're 48 above the torque step.
