In my Haynes manual it has code 24 as throttle position sensor circuit.
Haynes repair manual best $15 I ever spent.
I have never replaced one, however I am certain there are Dak owners that have.

I replaced the TPS sensor on my 93 Dakota. It made a big difference in the way the truck runs. Mine cost $30 (I believe) at Advance Auto Parts. It is located on the throttle body on the opposite side of where your throttle cable connects.
