Sorry if this question isn't specifically for this board, but I tried posting it on the custom styles board and I haven't gotten any replies. I figured you guys would probably know. Anyway, I was wondering what manufacturer of exterior accessories (clear cornerlamps, euro taillamps, etc) is best. I have seen APC and other brands at Autozone, but I have no clue which makes the highest quality product. What do you guys think?

what a wide open question. some think of quality as looking good, other as long lasting, others as design, and yet others as to how well it stands up to getting slammed by a ball bat. maybe the reason you got no replies is because it is such a subjective thing to qualify.

You tend to get what you pay for, but some people flat out overcharge creating a false sense of high quality. Caveat emptor.

Sorry if you guys didn't know what I meant, I just heard that some chrome taillamps melted from the heat of the bulbs. I was wondering which was the most reliable (longest lasting), and which companies (if any) overcharge for a low quality product. Thanks.

i got some of the apc crome taillights they do fine the only thing is run some silicone sround the backside of the taillight where it meets the metal part or it will hold moisture i am fixing to switch 2 car wear clear tailights though cause i got car wear headlight/clear coner assembly and they match good and they also dont have the black trim piece around them like apc but its all a matter of preferance
