Is $300 a bad or good price for a Flowmaster muffler (single in, dual out), 2.5" piping from the dual outlets straight back, and chrome 3" tips? This includes labor and everything.

That sounds like a very average price. I had the same setup put on my 99 V8 about 3 months ago. If I remember right, it was about $300 total out the door.

I paid $319 for my dual gibson system. That sounds like a good price for a dual system. Possibly price around a little more if you are able to, but that sounds like a fair price.
