the fuel sync is easy to adjust
i use the same method Larry posted about awhile back...

take the cap off, now rotate the motor clockwise
only do not turn back when doing this.

Get it dead on TDC mark on vibration damper
compression stroke rotor aimed at #1 plug wire

Push lightly counterclockwise on the rotor just
to take any play out.

Now look straight down over the top with a good
light, on the plate in the dist there is a line
that is marked cyl.

center the rotor button over this line is 0

turning the dist counrerclockwise will advance
this signale the injectors use to know when to
fire.

The very edge of the rotor button, not center
lined with the cyl line will be aprox +3

The dist bolt is 1/2 and a pain to get 2, a very
short box wrench, a dist wrench, or an extension
with a flex socket needed .

Thanks to Larry for the how to :)

the hardest part of the whole thing is loosening the dist bolt

You got it

The intake valve on the stock cam opens 8 degrees
befor top dead center and exh closes 25 after TDC
creating a 31 degree overlap when both valves are
open, this is known as scavaging and the exhaust
pulse will help pull the charge into the cyl

On the V6 the injector factory setting is anywhere
from 0 to -6 getting this on the pluse side will
help catch the end of the scavaging going on and
draw the gas in faster.

You want to pulse almost the same time the valve
opens to catch this fireing to late your just
using the piston to pull this gas in

to soon will throw the gas back into intake

0 tp +3 is where the V6 will run the best if you
go past +8 you will trow a code.
