Message: Hey, I gotta problem: tonight when I got in my truck I tried to start it and it didn't click(start up), then I waited for a little, then tried again. It started then, but it rpm'ed down to 500 and sputtered for a few seconds, then went up and down between 1000 and 500 for a couple seconds, and it didn't sound right. what do you think this is?? I'm going to the dealership tomorrow and see if I can find out what's up. has anyone else have this happen? any other insite would be great. Thanks

Message: That same problem has happened to me. My specific fix was cleaning the TB (IAC Port) and cleaning the injectors. If it just clicked in your case...it may be a low battery.

Message: I just pulled my injectors today and found a sh$%load of rust and grit in them. Its not hard to do just disconnect em, unbolt the rack, pull lightly up on the rail and injectors until the come out. remove the clips and work the inj off. Worth checking!
