Nope, GenI is pre Magnum, and GenII has EGR.

I would recommend either gibson or jba. Both make headers for the gen 3 3.9.

Is there something in particular in the "Magnum" comment? The exhausts themselves will bolt to LA and Magnum without difficulty. Now, as for the body, that's another matter.
