has to warm up and drive about a mile before it will shift out wont shift out manually but when it starts shifting its good. changed fluid and filter still the same pulled codes 12-33-34-55

was it flushed??if not..that's what needs to be done I think.Usally something will get stopped up when you change tranny fluid,especially something that old.
