Subject: IAT Adjuster, does it work? IP: Logged
Message: Ok,
got it, put it in, no check engine light
came on. now i live in FL and there
are some hot days down here. I was told
if you flip the switch while your truck is
running it would trip the check engine light.
So just to check to see if i had it hooked
up right i did it, nothing, no noise no action
no difference.
is this thing a joke? or is mine wired bad
or broke?
thanks

Message: (1) If it's "Broke" it will trip the check engine light immediately
(2) We only state not to turn it on/off while driving because only certain vehicles (not model specific) trip the light while running
(3) You won't feel any massive gains from the IAT Adjuster...it's a fine tuning tool mainly for warmer environments. You'll notice much more of a difference in the summer (90+ weather) than in 70 degree weather (or cooler).
(4) No...it's not a joke.
