My headlights went out and I can't get them to come back on, has anyone else experienced this and found some clues to how to solve this problem?

sometimes when I switch between my high beams and lows they just shut off. i usually have to switch the highs on again and they come back on. Maybe it is a problem with the High beam switch.

Have played with the high/low beam switch on & off but still doesn't come on. This happened several months ago before, that is the headlights went off, then for some reason they just came back on. Hasn't happened anymore till now.

I had the exact same problem. Its the dash swithch. They are about 16 dollars from Auto Zone.

Hey Dakman, I had to order the switch but I finally got it put in and presto my headlights are working fine now, Thanks for your help.
