it would be louder, and resenate more <~~~spelling? put a turn down on the muffler and u will be all set

ok on my muffler where the tail pipe is connected theeres a clamp i got that off but theres a weld about a inch long holding the tail pipe to the muffler how do i cut that weld off and will it be hard?
