I'd like to hear what anyone thinks that has tried out a Hughes Engineering intake manifold either the stage 1 or stage 2 for the 3.9

Well I'm going to come right out and say that I haven't tried it out yet... That being because the engine isn't back together yet... From what I've seen from the one I got, just from the looks, it seems to be a well machined unit... BUT if you know how to shorten your runners, port and cut out the divider and tb holes along with the runner part that bolts down to the heads, you might want to do it yourself and just buy the plenum plate... You also need to know how to do the aluminum filling...
Oh yeh I got the stage 1 intake due to ussual throttling for my driving habits :))

Greg I'd love to hear what you think about it when you get your truck up and running again. I'd rather let the pros do all the modifying since it's out of my league. When do you think you'll be done with your rebuild?
