 Subject: How to install pulley crank? Worth it.

Wanted to get just the crank pullley but not quite sure on how to install it is there a torque setting on the bolts that hold it on or any more important info I need to know. Is it really worth it or not.

Just tighten them down with a 3/8 drive ratchet, it's also a good idea to use some blue loctite when you reinstall them. I have the underdrive pully's on my truck and i noticed a little bit of a difference but at night all my lights would dim when i idled at a stoplight.

i am running just the crank pulley and i have no problems @ all. alt charges good even at nite with everything on. like jon said, tighten it down with a little loc-tite. i had to go to a 6 rib belt instead of the 7 rib stock style but everything works great. it seems to rev a little quicker.
