what year is your truck.....
i know that the newer daks (genIII) only require new motor mounts and a new computer......that's if the motor you have still has the wiring harness and all of that stuff.....if you have the auto you can still use it for the 5.2 but need to balance your torque converter for the 5.9 becuase the 5.9 is externally balanced. i dont know if the stick works for each of those engines though.
oh, and a new fan shroud...and once again...this is depending on what the new engine comes with.
