i asked the same question the other day, the best bet they said was to find a donor truck and go to town, but my issue is finding the donor truck for all my parts at a decent price. being a 93 i would need to switch the pcm too.

I have a '94 with all the parts you'd need. Its totaled, mostly
from body damage. The tranny and cab are fine. If you're
