You need to think about this and do some research. I dont know what year Dak you have. I have a gen I. Good thing you gotta 2wd to tell you the truth. You can get a 3in suspension and 3in body lift. Then you can probably run 33s. Expect to pay about a grand on lifts if you have them installed by a shop. A little cheeper if you do them. But I dont recomend it. Your 3.55s will work but you should get 3.91 or 4.10s to be right.
Your V6 should also get a few mods. headers, MSD, Flowmaster exhaust, K&N intake. Then youll be ok.
Check out www.truckinsuspension.com They have Dak lifts. Trailmaster and Perf. Accessories have body lifts. Good Luck my friend.

Message: the best suspension lift for the two wheel drive is the Fabtech...easy to install and not as expensive...go to www.fabtechmotorsports.com. they have a two inch lift and a three inch lift.
i had the two inch and bernd here had the three inch and he had 32" tires so it won't take more than that. new gears would be neccessary if you wanted any takeoff.....the stock wouldn't like that tall of a tire

Message: What year do you have? If you have a newer Dak, definitly go with Fabtech. They make quality stuff. But they are no good for older Daks. Also, try that truckinsuspension.com site and see if thier 4.5 in suspension lift will work for you. Dont know how they got around that R&P steering but its on their website. Good Luck.
