I had a Dynomax Superturbo put on my '03 Dak with the 3.9 engine and loved the sound but the resonance(droning) in the cab was driving me nuts.
I just today had the shop put on an 18 inch resonator that has very little restriction between the cat and the muffler.
I lost a little bit of the sound but it still sounds great and the droning in the cab is GONE at any speed.
This got rid of the hissy sounding factory setup,sounds good without being too loud and seems to have solved the droning problem.

What is this 18 inch resonator? I've never heard of this. It goes between the cat and the muffler?
Did you keep the super turbo muffler on?

A resonator is just a sound reducing exhaust part of a vehicle like a muffler. Works kinda like a glass pack.
