 Subject: help 2/4 lowering kit & "cuda" exhaust

i installed the "cuda" style exhaust on my V6 dakota and now i am going to lower it with a 2/4 lowering kit from belltech. i was just looking for input & help from anyone who has done the same. will the exhaust pipes hit the axle when i hit bumps in the road or go over things like speed bumps & potholes? do i have to do modifications to the exhaust.
also has anyone installed the 2/4 belltech nitro-active lowering kit themselves? how do you like it? was it hard to install?
any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

thanks man it's good to have someone appreciate the sacrifices we must make. i just wish i had my dakota over here so i could play on the autobahn!!! the next year is all about saving money for mods, just last week i bought three things and am looking to get more this week!!! gotta love the Army. the caravans they let us drive here just don't cut it when you want to open up. and get this they are chrysler caravans not dodge caravans like in the states, backward a$$ germans. and the neons are chryslers too? i don't get it but oh well

i was gonan join the army till i got married then i figured it would not be the best decision cause i wanted a family and if i got sent somewhere i could nto be with them.
so i thank all people who are in the service for what they do and what they deal with.
i think the main reason everything over there is chrsyler is cause D/C and Benz they probaly figure chrysler sells more then dodge or plymouth.
lol if they had a viper over there it might even be called chyrsler. lol

Hey SSG you are most probably going to have a problem with the pipes hitting the axel. Me and my friend with a 2000 RT both lowered our trucks after we had our exhaust put on. We both had to go back and have them rebend the pipes so there is more clearence from the axel. Its no big thing just some different pipes. Should be no more htan 100 to run two new pipes. Also when you lower it, if there is an offset of the wheels it may rub on the fender lip. Mine barely does, but I can live with it ;)
