sounds like maybe a bad ground somewhere.

The lockup and O/D are activated when the comp
grounds 1 side of the solonoids to shift. they
have constant 12 volt and the ground side is
switched on and off by the comp, TPS position
and load MAP sensor, speed sensor are all involved
in the shifting of these 2 gears.

Posible bad connection somewhere.

The A/C thing I see a lot usualy the relay or
connection

tazzy,

I was going to tell you we did some tests on the
intakes and just by removing the casting on the
top of the ports by the injectors and a gaskit
match we are seeing gains of 8 to 12 hp with
absolutly no internal mods to the manifold just
cleaning up the end of the intake ports noticeable
low end gains and better eceleration across the
board.

And its easy $35 gaskit $10 sanding drums a 1/4
roung file for the corners and smoth out with 320
or 500 sand paper.

The spray from the injector is also hitting the
castings on the ones we checked and did this to
all had nice gains.

You can also see the tool they machined the
injector hole with hit this casting hanging down
into the port.

It hangs down in the port from 1/8 to 1/4 inch

It also causes a lot of restriction and turbulance
hanging down in the port.

That's why I have not been here often been playing
with the V6 intakes

Just be sure you drain the rad first and you need
to remove alt and A/C and brackit to remove
manifold, dist can stay

torque specs
intake 12 to 14 foot pounds
plenium 12 to 16 foot pounds

A few hours work with nice noticeable gains and
no internal mods
