Subject: building 3.9 for boost

Message:
I've got my hands on a 3.9 engine and I am thinking that I want to build it for boost (stout bottom end, low compression). Anyone have any advice? Intesne if you read this I would sure like some advice.

As far as main caps go, would I be able to use a splayed 4 bolt aftermarket setup for an LA engine? I'm sure some of you older guys could help me with that.

Also Does anyone know of a company that makes pistons for a Magnum engine with custom compression ratio's?

thanks guys

Cant help you much on the main caps cept I heard once that the last cap on 6's differ from the V8, never been able to varify this though.

Pistons are no problem, any piston made for a 5.2 will fit the little 3.9.

Good luck with her.
