I believe MSD makes a coil that is a direct connection

SS Blaster cpils 40 to 45,000 volts but you need
good wires they will destroy the stock wires very
fast by burning the connections at the ends
MSD 8.5 same year 5.2 Dak
Taylor 8mm will also work
All will work on the dodge, you can get plugs and
pin setups from MSD or radio shack amd make your
own
